7:05 Call to Order.
Information need to find a lay out person for the newsletter. Grant Anderson will speak to Cheryl Davis.

Meeting locations-
November- St. Arnolds Brewery to nominate new Board members, hand out awards.
Possible nominees- Mike Viator, Ken Hainline and Jimmy Hinton.
December- no meeting just Christmas Party
January- at Dave and Busters meet our sponsors
February- Race directors
March maybe Jennifer
April- Maybe Andy Stewart
Treasurer- Chris Hellyer
-All expenses turned in for the kids race- break even
-$16,500+ in the positive over $10,000- total $26,500.
-Taxes IRS we did not turn in the $1400 and sent a letter with our explanation of situation. We are waiting to see if it is accepted or not. If not we make payment and interest which is minimal. IRS says it will be months before we receive a reply.
Sponsorship- Biff Farrell
-Landry’s (Tri on the Run) on board for next year. Will collect from them soon.
-Luke’s Locker is up in the air. They don’t want to pay a check, but would offer equipment etc instead. Biff requested a list of what they would be offering. Biff is awaiting list at this time.
Membership- Ken Hainline
-2007 Membership sign up online.
-Typhoon will take over selling out uniforms
-New members are already signing up for 2007. 20 have sign up so far.
-Ken has received a map of Twin Lakes to be print on sheet metal and be posted at Twin Lakes. Jeff Singletary of Kona Printing made the map for free.
At-Large- Jill Devay
-Nothing to say since all training is over.

-Club and Individual Competition through USAT- Keep up training during the off season. Keep mileages for points.
-Grant will ask Shawn Smith if the club totals have been turned in or not and who won?
-Texas Bicycle Coalition- we have not been donating to them for the last couple of years. Don Paulo had asked if we were and that there had been trouble within the Coalition with money disappearing.
